Herbes de Provence - Italian version - Like the French spice version but blended to
compliment Italian dishes. This mix of bay leaves, basil, rosemary, thyme, coriander,
nutmeg, summer savory, cloves and white pepper is delicious in tomato dishes.
Moroccan Blend - A nice blend of allspice berries with coriander, cumin, cayenne,
black pepper, cloves, ginger and cinnamon.
Mount Olympus Dust - A Greek spice blend of Celtic Sea salt, oregano, onion,
garlic, cornstarch, black pepper, beef bouillon, parsley, cinnamon and nutmeg. Great
on grilled meats.
