Moroccan Spicy Rub - Add a little water to this mix to create a minty paste with
tastes of garlic, ginger, cinnamon and cumin. Awesome on lamb!
Moroccan Spice Paste - Lots of paprika, our incredible ras el hanout, mint, Celtic
Sea salt, with lemon, black pepper and garlic. For any roasted meat. Add some olive
oil and lemon juice and you have a mix that's especially great rubbed on chicken and
ribs or into small incisions made on roasts like pork or lamb.
