Ja'man Jerk Wet Paste - Add some water, lime juice and oil to this mix of green

Dry Jerk Rub - A little less heat than Ja'man. This one is a dry rub that contains
lemon, brown sugar, allspice, onion, chipotle pepper, paprika, thyme, cinnamon, and
nutmeg. Fantastic on chicken or pork before grilling or broiling.
Mexicali Rub - A versatile rub simply created with Celtic Sea salt, chili powder,
cayenne, garlic and black pepper. Great for grilled meats and poultry.
Chaparral Rub - This is a rub that's not pampered with brown sugar. For those who
like it dry, hot & sweaty. Red peppers, garlic, onion, Celtic Sea salt and spices.
Cowboy Rub - An all purpose spice 'cause a cowboy needs versatility! This mix is
good for grilled foods, in soups, dips and really and type vittles you want to spice up.
A mixture of cayenne, garlic, onion, Celtic Sea salt, spices and herbs. Some nice heat
with hint of herb.
Death Valley Rub - A complex combination of hot red peppers, Celtic Sea salt, garlic
powder and herbs. Full of spicy taste and heat.
Hot Spicy Rub - We roast these spices to give you an aroma and taste that will
send your senses reeling! Hot peppers, cardamom seeds, brown mustard seeds,
cinnamon and spices.
Crustacean Crust - A great rub for any type shellfish, but especially good on
steamed or BBQ shrimp! An unusually interesting garlicky mix with lots of herbs,
Celtic Sea salt, cayenne and onion.
