steamed or BBQ shrimp! An unusually interesting garlicky mix with lots of herbs,
cayenne, white pepper, Celtic Sea salt and onion.
Chili Fish Crust - Rub this on salmon and fry it in butter. This is so good it's
addictive. I struggle to keep up with the orders! A heavenly blend of my Not So Chilly
chili powder, dill seeds, cumin, black pepper and lemon zest.
It's great on any fish.
Crabby Crust - This blend of Celtic Sea salt, spices and cayenne is a great lip
smacking coating for any shellfish.
